Embajadores 84 is the result of the transformation of a historic building through an innovative industrialised modular construction process.
Every detail has been precisely designed to deliver energy efficiency, acoustic insulation and exceptional comfort. The restoration preserves the architectural character of a bygone era while incorporating the highest standards of sustainability.

Four levels, one identity.
An architectural vision that reinterprets the character of the neighbourhood through a contemporary lens. The vertical extensión is arranged across four levels, with two residences on each of the first two floors and three duplex homes occupying the two upper levels.
A distinctive proposal defined by the warmth of its materials, the verticality of its façade and its respectful integration into the urban landscape of Embajadores.
